ANDREW PAUL
Andrew Paul is the partner alongside side Alexandar Labuzin for Paul & Labuzin Lawyers (PAL Lawyers) since its inception in 2019.
Andrew commenced his own law firm “Andrew Paul Solicitor” as a sole practitioner in 2017 before Paul and Labuzin Lawyers was established.
Graduating with Honours from London University, Andrew has practised in the legal profession for over 30 years. An esteemed barrister in Malaysia for over 18 years with his own chambers, Andrew has experience in many areas of law and has appeared in renowned and high-profile cases in all courts, including the High Court of Malaysia and the Federal Court.
Andrew has since established a life in Australia and continues to appear for clients and practice around Australia from the Local Court to the Supreme Court of NSW.
Andrew Paul has been in active practice in the areas of criminal and civil law in Australia since 2009.
ALEXANDAR LABUZIN
Alexandar Labuzin is the partner alongside Andrew Paul for Paul & Labuzin Lawyers since its inception in 2019.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Law and Accounting degrees and is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia.
Throughout his life, Alex has lived and worked throughout Western Sydney where his office is now situated in Liverpool. Being from a family who have moved from overseas to establish a life in Australia, Alex is driven to represent clients of all cultural backgrounds.
Alex specialises in a variety of areas of laws and has a passion in practising in property and criminal law. He is also on the NSW Legal Aid Criminal Law Panel.
Alex has appeared for simple and complex legal matters throughout urban and rural NSW, which includes appearances in the Local Courts, District Courts, NSW Supreme Court, Children’s Courts, NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Small Claims Court, Family and Federal Circuit Courts of Australia, and Land and Environment Court.
Alex has also represented and appeared for clients in the courts of Victoria.
